What a night.

Sometimes you can just feel it before the show even starts.  Things aligned perfectly on this one to instantly put it as the front-runner for the show of the year in the Quad Cities.  Four amazing bands on a perfect Saturday night at The Rust Belt.  It just felt right.

Below you can see all (and there are about 100) of the amazing pictures from the show so you can relive it or see what a good time you missed.  Yes, there are pictures of the bands but also of the crowd and all you surfers that made it to the front.

It won't be long till these guys are heading shows.  Right now they just don't have enough songs.  But once they do they'll be back on that stage (and bigger) going for over an hour.  Opening with Fallout and closing with Numb was a great way to start the night.  You can also check out the pictures from their I-Rock 93.5 Live Lounge...audio coming soon.

Things got picked up when Veil of Maya took the stage.  They were apart of the show of the year for 2023 as well with Avatar...I'm sensing a theme with these guys.

Nothing More

So good.  I know...duh right?  We already knew that from the last time they were here.  But I'd say even better this time.  This is a band that can headline venues like The Rust Belt all day long, but don't be surprised if you see and hear them on even bigger stages soon.

Much like Sleep Theory, Nothing More started with their new hit "If It Doesn't Hurt" and things just kept rolling from there.  You can check out the pictures from their time at The Rock & Roll Mansion as well and once again...yes, audio is pending.

Wage War

After all that, you still had the energy to bring it for Wage War.  It felt like they knew (and know) that the bands they have with them set the bar high opening for them so they took it to the next level as well.  They were great when they opened at The Rust Belt for Three Days Grace but even better this time around.

Take a look at all the pictures below and we'll see you at the next one.

Wage War, Nothing More, Veil of Maya and Sleep Theory at The Rust Belt in East Moline

The rock was with us on May 4 at The Rust Belt in East Moline, Illinois. An awesome, high-energy show from start to finish with a big pit and a train of crowd surfers. Relive the night and definitely catch these bands again next time they are in town.
