Iowa Sorority Girls Perfect Dance, Goes Viral On Social Media
You see a lot of dancing videos on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. A new trend on those platforms is sorority girls dancing in unison at colleges across the country. The University of Iowa Alpha Xi Delta chapter is going viral after not only doing the trend but absolutely killing it.
College students are heading back to school for the fall semester and for many sororities and fraternities, it's rush week. If you're not familiar with rush week, it's essentially a chance for sororities and fraternities to find people to join them and to let interested people get to know more about the different sororities and fraternities.
Many sororities and fraternities do what they can to convince people to rush their respective Greek letter organizations. What better way to convince someone than to go viral on social media?
The ladies of Alpha Xi Delta at the University of Iowa are going viral after doing a dance in front of their house. The dance is done to a remix of Rihanna's "Work" and Mary J. Blige's "Dance For Me". You can see that about 12 girls are doing the dance that requires dancing skills while many more Alpha Xi Deltas are partying and dancing in the background.
The sorority is going viral thanks to two reasons:
- It's a huge trend right now for sororities around the country
- The University of Iowa's official Instagram page shared it
They look like they are having so much fun in this video and are happy to be starting up the brand-new semester!
Check out other sororities from around the country that do the same viral dance.
