Let's meet this week's I-Host.

Who are you?

I have been a happily married man for 28 years with 3 children.   I grew up in the 1980s and enjoyed the glam metal, thrash metal, and hard rock of the time. I enjoy having a beer while listening to 93.5.  I am a laboratory technician (MLT) who draws blood and test samples for a living.

Why do you love hard rock?

I enjoy hard rock because it sounds good to me and stirs up my emotions. I respect the hard work and dedication it takes to play the instruments. The accuracy and, the thunder of the bass, the pounding of the drums, the rhythm of the guitar, and finally the guitar solos.

Your favorite band?

Favorite band, tied between Metallica and Megadeth.

Favorite artist, Eddie Van Halen (guitar).

Favorite concert?

Even though I enjoy Hard Rock, I've seen Metallica and Megadeth, best concert was on September 24, 2000, at the Adler with Weird Al Yankovic.  He put on an excellent theatrical show with his songs. He knew how to move the crowd.
