I'm John Wells,  event coordinator for Vintage Torque Fest,  Iron Invasion,  and Quad Con Comic Conventions in the area.

I was raised in the "Church of Elvis" but quickly became infatuated with Alice Cooper and Kiss at an early age.  That influence of hard rock led to the love of all different genres that are a part of the festivals we host.

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to see just about all my favorite bands, and even meet many of them as well. One of the funniest/weird memories of late, the band Mothership was playing Iron Invasion and during an extended guitar solo- the stage caved in!!! We lifted him up out of the rubble and he never missed a note and the show went on.  You never know what you are going to see at a live show - so go support live music!!!!
