We'll call these guys semi local...or maybe regional.  Yeah, that works.  Whatever you want to call them, just know they are Monroe and they have new music for you.

Monroe is a Hard Rock band from Rockford IL with Gavin Arnold on rhythm guitar and vocals, Josh Kennedy on drums, Logan Bell on bass guitar and Dalton Seebruck on lead guitar.  Monroe just released their music video for the single "Tides".  The song was produced by Shaun Foist of Breaking Benjamin and Morgan Rose of Sevendust
