Question one - Who are you?

Quinn Shannon, IT professional at John Deere.  Husband to my wife of 15 years and dad to two rockin' little ladies.

Question two - Why do you love hard rock?

Every song tells a story; they're not your cut-and-pressed pop songs.  Songs can get you pumped.  They can slow it down while still keeping heavy bass and drums. The music has such a huge range that I think just isn't matched in any other music genre.

Question three - Who is your favorite band/artist?

Sevendust.

Question four - What is the best concert you've ever seen?

That's a tough question.

Younger me says Ozzy, Rob Zombie, Mudvayne, and Soil at Vets Memorial Auditorium in Des Moines, 2001.

More recently,  The Funeral Portrait and The Hu on Halloween 2024 on my first trip to Buffalo, NY, to see the Bills play (I'm a lifelong Bills fan).  TFP got to play a full set and the Hu.... oh man, fun to watch everything going on during their set.
