Every Friday at 6:00 p.m., you can host your hour on I-Rock 93.5 as an "I-Host."

You choose the playlist.  Then you come to the Rock & Roll Mansion and talk about the songs.  All you need to do is sign up here and then check your email.

My name is Caleb McCabe; friends know me as McBabe.

I grew up with a drummer for a dad who introduced me to the music of KISS when I was 5, and it became an obsession as I grew; my taste evolved and got progressively heavier as I was exposed to whole new subgenres. I eventually grew up and played in bands myself for about ten years.  From playing bass in a pop-rock band to performing vocals in metal-core, hardcore, and deathcore bands. I had the privilege of sharing the stage with some big names in my younger days, Motionless in White in 2012 and Ice Nine Kills in 2014 being the most notable. Others include Emmure, Issues, The Word Alive, etc. I'm long in mosh retirement now in my "old" age but still love all the same tunes.

My favorite band of all time is The Ghost Inside.

The best concert was when I flew to L.A. to see The Ghost Inside play their comeback show after a 4.5-year-long hiatus after the bus crash that nearly ended their lives.
