Some nights just hit different.  It could be the crowd, the venue, the reason, the band, or the uniqueness of the show, knowing you might never be able to see something like it again.

That was the case Saturday, December 6, at The Rust Belt in East Moline, Illinois, when Sevendust brought the Southside Doublewide tour to town.

We've seen Sevendust plenty of times in the Quad Cities.  And I'm sure we'll see them again in the future cause it's always a good show.  But this was something unique, and below you can relive, or see for the first time, what the night looked like.

In case you were wondering what they played acoustic besides Angel's Son, well, here you go. A lot of familiar ones on there that we are used to hearing in a much heavier capacity.  This made it even more special to hear their biggest and best songs in such a different way.

But it wasn't all the hits.  As you can also see, they dropped in some deep cuts, and yes, that "Hurt" is a cover of the Nine Inch Nails song.

Even though it was a night of acoustic rock and the guys from Sevendust were sitting while they played, the crowd was on their feet, rocking along to every moment they gave us.

It was still a hard-rock, headbanging atmosphere, even with the all-acoustic show.

Thanks to all those who finished the 2025 concert year with I-Rock 93.5 and Sevendust at The Rust Belt!

It was a special night at The Rust Belt with Sevendust as they unplugged and connected with the audience in a totally different way than we are used to seeing them.
