The study also found that in the year 2023, employers are planning to hire 15% more new graduates than they did last year.

Wallet Hub compared 180 U.S. cities and found that these two cities in Iowa, are some of the best places to find employment across the country.

Cedar Rapids and Des Moines both finished in the top 50, for best U.S cities to find a job. The study used 32 different indicators to calculate job-market strength which ranged from job opportunities, employment growth, and monthly average starting salary.

Iowa might not always gain the national attention this state deserves but this is fantastic news for anyone looking to make a change, or simply get started in the workforce, in 2023.
