Who am I? – Jonathon Danner.  Self-proclaimed music snob.

Why do I love hard rock? – Music should invoke some kind of emotional and physical response.  No other types of music besides rock and metal do that for me.  It runs the entire gamut of emotions, and I can connect to the music on many levels.

Favorite band? – It was always Alice in Chains, but for the last decade it's been Demon Hunter

Best Concert? – There have been a ton of great shows, but I was lucky enough to be around at the time of the Marilyn Manson Guns, God, and Government tour.  So I got to see the Trilogy performed on stage with the original members, with all the theatrics at the height of their career.  Cold opened, and godhead followed.  Back in the good old days, you could see major headliners like that for $30.

My Playlist:

  1. Demon Hunter- Sorrow Light the Way
  2. King 810- Sue Song
  3. Orbit Culture- Tales of War
  4. Dillinger Escape Plan- Milk Lizard
  5. Starset- We Are Empire
  6. Nonpoint- That Day
  7. Rammstein- Deutschland
  8. URNE- The spirit, Alive
  9. Mindless Self Indulgence- Lights Out
  10. A Killer's Confession- Greed
  11. Mushroomhead- Nowhere to Go
  12. Trivium- A Gunshot To The Head Of Trepidation
  13. Sevendust- Praise
