Every Friday at 6:00 p.m., you can host your hour on I-Rock 93.5 with our "I-Host" presented by Mel's Pub in Milan.

You choose the playlist.  Then you come to the Rock & Roll Mansion and talk about the songs.  All you need to do is sign up here and then watch your email.

Question one - Who are you?

I am the illustrious Emmanemanemm, or Emma to my coworkers. I am an engineer who specializes in additive manufacturing and making messes.

Question two - Why do you love hard rock?

Hard rock just gets me pumped. Hard rock isn't just a genre of music, but it's a community, a lifestyle. It feels inclusive and makes it easier to make friends. I've never gone up to someone wearing a band shirt and said I liked their shirt, who hasn't immediately been happy to have been recognized.

Question three - Who is your favorite band/artist?

My favorite band is My Chemical Romance, but that's because I am just an elder emo.

Question four - What is the best concert you've ever seen?

I think the first time I saw Slipknot was the best concert. It was the first time they were back in Des Moines in years, and they put their whole heart into the performance. And the spinning drum cage was pretty awesome too!
