Over the years, there have been many Christian rock bands that have crossed over to be heard on mainstream rock stations across the country.  Of course if you go back to the 80s, you think of Stryper.  But more recently you'd look at bands like P.O.D., Skillet, Flyleaf, Red and of course, Creed.  Some people also add in Evanescence however they shy away from that label and just call themselves a rock band.

Saturday, May 22 you'll be able to see the Christian rock band "Disciple" in Fulton.  Disciple have been around since 1995 in some form, but most recently have seen 5 studio albums reach the top 5 in the last decade.  You also might recognize songs from them that have been featured on NFL Live, Fox Sports and even WWE The Music Vol 8.  It was Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder's song.  That takes me back.

Starting May 21, Disciple will be heading out on a long tour that will start in the Midwest.  You can check out the full tour schedule here.
