The guitar legend Zakk Wylde rocked the Rust Belt during one of the biggest, busiest, wildest concert weeks we've had in a long time in the Quad Cities.

Dark Chapel opened the night...with lead singer Dario Lorina, who is also in Black Label Society.

Then it was Zakk Sabbath doing all things Black Sabbath.  Finishing off with NIB and War Pigs was a perfect way to end the first time we'd see Zakk on stage that night.

Then came the Black Label Society set with all the shredding you'd expect, but also saw Zakk get behind the piano and show his softer side.  With tributes to Vinnie, Dime, and Ozzy mixed into the night, it was a great way to rock and remember.

You can see some more pics from the night on the I-Rock 93.5 Facebook page.  And before you ask, not 100% sure how we'll give away the autographed poster yet.  But I'm sure you'll listen all day, every day, and hear me talk about it so you can add it to your collection.

See you at the next show!

The guitar legend Zakk Wylde not only brought Black Label Society to the Rust Belt, but he also opened for himself with Zakk Sabbath. Plus, Dark Chapel opening the night made for a great Thursday of live music.
