Question one - Who are you?

Nikki, aka 1 1/2, I-Rocks Biggest fan

Question two - Why do you love hard rock?

Music is one of the very few constants in my life.  My parents had a love for the oldies, I was jamming 70's & 80's rock with my aunts and uncles, and I grew up in the 90s/00s. So I appreciate a lot of music.  In the early 2000s, we were given a Nu type of metal, if you will, and it just spoke to me!!

Question three - Who is your favorite band/artist?

Nu-Metal is, hands down, my favorite genre. I can not decide on just one, but my top 5 in no specific order would be Slipknot, Papa Roach, KoRn, Nirvana, and Flyleaf.

Question four - What is the best concert you've ever seen?

Hands down, Bush at the Monarch Music Hall.  The venue was similar to the Rust Belt, and it was the first time I had been to a non-arena performance.  I was shocked and overly excited that Gavin came off the stage and into the crowd several times. I held his hand for 6 seconds!!!! It was AMAZEBALLS, and for that reason alone, it was my favorite concert experience!

My Playlist:

  1. Garbage - #1 Crush
  2. Cranberries - Zombie
  3. Evanesence - Going Under
  4. No Doubt - Just A Girl
  5. Alanis Morissette - You Oughta Know
  6. The Pretty Reckless - Death By Rock 'n Roll
  7. Coal Chamber - Big Truck (Rayna Foss)
  8. In This Moment - Sick Like Me
  9. Eva Under Fire - Blow
  10. Kittie - Brackish
  11. Linkin Park - Heavy Is The Crown
  12. Flyleaf - I'm So Sick
  13. Halestorm - I Am The Fire
