Every Friday at 6:00 p.m., you can host your hour on I-Rock 93.5 with our "I-Host" presented by Mel's Pub in Milan.

You choose the playlist.  Then you come to the Rock & Roll Mansion and talk about the songs.  All you need to do is sign up here and then watch your email.  A lot of people are signed up, but we'll get you in eventually!

Meet this week's I-Host, who won his chance to host while at Mel's Pub in Milan for the grand unveiling of the new logo.

I’m Cary Young. I’m a 62-year-old army veteran who has been married for 39 years. We have one son and one daughter. I like heavy metal because, at my age, it keeps me moving. Right now, my favorite band is probably Arch Enemy. The best concerts we have ever been to are the louder-than-life concerts in Louisville.
