For many years, the Columbus club Alrosa Villa was primarily known as one of the top rock and metal venues in the state of Ohio, but in 2004 the narrative changed as many now know it as the location where Dimebag Darrell lost his life onstage when a gunman entered the club and killed Dime and three other people. The Alrosa Villa is currently on the market, with a list price of $1,295,000.

Best Corporate Real Estate has the listing for the venue, complete with all the pertinent details listed in a PDF file for viewing. The venue, built in 1970, has two bar areas, a large lower level dance floor, stage, dressing room, entertainment area, outdoor patio and multiple bathrooms.

There's also a kitchen area, which is currently not in use, as well as a full sprinkler system and it comes with a liquor license and equipment included. The 7.2 acre property sits on two parcels of land. To learn more, head here.

Back on Dec. 8, 2004, the club was in the headlines when ex-Marine Nathan Gale entered the venue and began shooting. Dimebag was killed, along with a fan, a crew member and a staffer before police officer James Niggemeyer arrived on the scene and killed the gunman.

Dimebag's brother Vinnie Paul, who performed with the guitarist in the post-Pantera band Damageplan and was onstage that night, later filed suit against the club and a settlement was reached out of court.

Alrosa Villa continues to host concerts, with a couple of January dates currently on the books.
