National Street Rod Association Brings Exciting New Automotive Event to The Quad Cities

There is a new, unique auto event coming to The Quad Cities and we have your tickets.  Sign up below to win tickets to the inaugural Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals, set to take place at the Mississippi Valley Fair, in Davenport, Iowa on August 16th & 17th, 2024.

National Street Rod Association (NSRA)

The NSRA has been dedicated to uniting street rod enthusiasts and fostering the growth of the hobby.

With a membership of approximately 40,000 nationwide, the NSRA stands as a pivotal force in the street rodding industry. All NSRA events across the country are open to vehicles thirty years old and older and over time have mirrored the ever-changing world of street rodding. Our events now feature not only the timeless pre-1949 street rods and hot rods but also an assorted array of custom-built vehicles, awesome muscle cars, and nostalgic retro-futuristic creations spanning the decades from the 1950s through the mid-1990s.

NSRA Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals

This two-day event serves as an addition to their largest event of the year, the Street Rod Nationals held annually in August in Louisville, Kentucky.

Festivities start on Friday, August 16 with the gates opening to spectators at 8:00 am and the commercial exhibit building opening at 9:00 am. The evening entertainment will be provided by The Night People starting at 7:00 pm and going till 10:00 pm.

One of the feature exhibits will be the Pinstripe Icons booth where several local and visiting pinstripers will be pinstriping everything from valve covers to purses. These items will be auctioned off for charity on both Friday and Saturday of the event. All proceeds will go to the Quad Cities Humane Society.

A variety of food vendors will tantalize taste buds throughout the event, while attendees can groove to music provided by Nick Donovan’s Rockin’ Road Show.

Adding to the excitement, Midwest Rod & Restoration will take the spotlight as the Spotlight Builder for the 1st NSRA Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals, showcasing some of their latest creations at the event.

The climax of the weekend arrives with the Circle of Winners established on Saturday afternoon. Musical entertainment kicks off at 1:00 pm, with 3 Day Rain playing till 5:00 pm and the award ceremonies commencing at 5:30 pm.
