"If someone goes in your backyard, you can blow their f**king heads off."

A Florida woman was arrested for holding two kids at gunpoint and repeatedly threatening to "Blow their heads off" after she found the teens fishing near her backyard.

59-year-old Donna Elkins was arrested after being caught on video walking up on the kids with what looks to be a black rifle.

She had them lying on the ground, scaring the kids into answering her questions.

"Do you get people in your backyard?" Elkins asked.

"Yes ma'am," one of the kids replied.

"Well that's a shame, because if someone goes in your backyard, you can blow their f–king heads off. I have a right to protect my property and my house. So you ain’t coming back ever!”

The woman said she'd already called 911, but when officers arrived, Elkins' husband had already come out five minutes after the call to disarm her. Deputies found the pellet gun when they arrived.

Despite it being her who called 911, Donna Elkins was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of false imprisonment.

Turns out, the kids were not on her property, but on an easement for the pond that is near her backyard.
