Iowa Woman Gets Surprise Call Saying She Won Taylor Swift Tickets

It's not every day you get a phone call like this. A woman in Iowa got a call letting her know that she just won a pair of tickets to see the one, the only, Taylor Swift.

Jessica Eggers of Clinton is the first winner of a pair of tickets off of B100's Swiftie Stack, but she isn't the only one that got a surprise of a lifetime. After getting the surprise phone call herself, she immediately FaceTimed her daughter who was even more excited.

On Wednesday, I have the honor of calling our first winner of Taylor Swift tickets. Taylor is bringing her Eras Tour to Soldier Field in Chicago for three nights, June 2-4. The first winner of a pair of tickets off of our Swiftie Stack was Jessica Eggers of Clinton.

To throw her off the scent, I tricked her a little bit at the start of the phone call telling Jessica that her codes were entering weird. They weren't, but here is how the phone call played out:

Not only was Jessica shocked, but she knew her daughter Payton would be too. Or in her own words, "she is going to die." Payton didn't die, but she definitely was crying happy tears when her mom called to give her the exciting news.

Jessica's daughter Payton, who is 14 and a HUGE Taylor Swift fan, got a FaceTime call after I gave her the exciting news.
