Two Days of Awesome Hard Rock and Scary Monsters For The Quad Cities
The Midwest Monster Fest Halfway to Halloween convention is growing even more with a now announced 2nd day of music. Friday, May 13th, and Saturday, May 14th the Rock Island County Fairgrounds will have two days of celebrities, vendors, food trucks, sideshow acts, and rock.
As you can see on the posters below, (where you can also scan to get tickets) Friday, May 13th Midwest Monster Fest will be open from 4 pm-11 pm with music starting at 7:30 pm. Alborn will be taking the stage with The Forty Twos and for the first time in over 2 years, Elisium will be taking the stage, and it will be right here in the Quad Cities.
The Halfway to Halloween Convention, presented by Midwest Monster Fest, has now announced that there will be two days of music. May 14th will feature Non Grata, and St. October taking the stage.
Celebrity guests at Midwest Monster Fest
As the first day of the event will transpire on a Friday the 13th, Halfway to Halloween will feature Douglas Tait, the actor who portrayed Jason Vorhees, the classic horror character, in the movie Freddy vs. Jason.

All guests will be signing autographs and offering photo ops. Tickets for Midwest Monster Fest can be purchased on their website, by scanning the QR codes below, or in person at Coop Records in Moline, IL. Prices range from $13 for a limited weekend pass to $20 for a full weekend pass. You can also win tickets from I-Rock 93.5 below!

If the music and celebrity hangs weren't enough, throughout the event, local and not-so-local vendors will offer a wide range of products including collectibles, books, comics, movies, toys, food, beverages, and more. The show will also feature horror-themed sideshow acts, games, and contests as well as food and spirits. Cosplayers are encouraged to attend in costume.
