Two Davenport Parks are Shining for the Holidays
Holiday cheer comes to a couple Davenport parks. It's officially time to get into the holiday spirit. Some years it comes easier than others but as Buddy the Elf would say, "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear."
The second best way is to immerse yourself in everything Christmas! The lights, the sounds, the music all comes together for you in a couple locations in Davenport.
Back again for 2021, the Fejervary Holiday Lights, a show of multi-colored lights coordinated to music. The show will kick off Saturday, November 27 and will run every night through Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every night at the Fejervary Learning Center.
The light shows last approximately 15 minutes with a show starting every 30 minutes. Join the fun from the warmth of your car as this event is a park and watch event. You can tune into 107.5 on your car radio for the full stereo experience.
At Vander Veer Botanical Park white lights illuminate walkways throughout the park, the rose garden, and the Grand Allée.
