So Many Awesome Cars To See At The 9th Annual Cruise-In For A Cause
As summer winds down so does the chance for you to get out and enjoy checking out some of the coolest cars in the Quad Cities. This is why Sunday, September 17th, the Cruise-In For A Cause is a great way to get out and enjoy all sorts of cars, trucks, and bikes for a good cause.
History of Cruise-In For A Cause
The Cruise-In was started by a group of folks after they lost their good friend Teangelo Garrard on September 20th, 2014, from a drunk driver. Since then, his friends have got the car community together with a wide variety of great Midwest cars to remember their friend and raise money for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
All proceeds raised are donated to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Cars, raffles, prizes, and awards.
The car show will host a variety of different rides from around the Quad Cities.
There will be awards for best off-road, best under construction, best classic, best new school...
...best import, best truck, best motorcycle, best special interest, best in show, and the kid's choice award!
The show is free to all spectators and is only $10 to register a vehicle.
Plus, there is a 50/50 raffle and door prizes. Catering from Scherer Custom Meats and music from Prine Entertainment. Plus to keep you going enjoy some "Alien Energy Drinks" thanks to T&L Java Joint.
