Cake
With a sound all their own CAKE songs defined moments of the 90s alt scene. With songs like their number one hit "Never There" and other top ten hits "Short Skirt Long Jacket" and "The Distance", the little underground Indie band from Sacramento, California became a household name.
With original members Vice DiFiore (trumpet, keyboards, melodica, auxiliary percussion, background vocals), John McCrea (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, organ, vibraslap) being joined by long-time members Todd Roper (drums since 1994), and Xan McCurdy (lead guitar since 1997) along with newcomer Daniel McCallum (bass since 2016) the band has maintained the sound that made them popular for the 90s Alt kid.
Now you can see all those songs you know at an awesome outdoor setting. There will be no opener as you'll just be enjoying an evening with Cake.
Tickets are on sale right here. Cake, Friday, May 10 at McGrath Amphitheatre.
