Coffee for Champions Fundraiser for Special Olympics at Quad Cities Dunkin’
Be a champion by helping a champion at Dunkin’. Friday I-Rock 93.5 will be at Dunkin' on 53rd in Davenport (2519 E 53rd St) from 8am-10am to support Coffee for Champions, a Law Enforcement Torch Run fundraising event benefitting Special Olympics Iowa athletes!
All morning (5am-noon) Friday you can stop by Dunkin' to support Special Olympics Iowa and donate and as a thank you, receive a free donut!
As a not-for-profit program providing year-round training and competition in 18 sports to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Special Olympics Iowa helps more than 23,000 athletes – at no cost to themselves or their families! But they need your help to continue to transform lives. Drive through your Dunkin’ on Friday from 5 AM to NOON and let’s raise a cup and raise some funds for the athletes of Special Olympics Iowa.
Law enforcement officials will be stationed at participating Dunkin’ locations across the Quad Cities, collecting money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics in both Illinois and Iowa. The event has raised a total of more than $117,000 dollars for Special Olympics Iowa and $5.8 million dollars for Special Olympics Illinois throughout the program’s history.
Dunkin’ guests who donate to Coffee for Champions will receive a coupon for a free donut. Guests who donate $10 or more will receive a coupon for a free medium hot coffee.
