Due to COVID-19, Chick-fil-A has announced that it will close all of its dining rooms and playgrounds temporarily to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus.

On Sunday (March 15th), Chick-fil-A announced that it will be closing its dining rooms to help prevent person-to-person contact in an attempt to slow the spread of coronavirus in its locations across the country.

In their updates from the past week, the company announced on Friday that it would close its playgrounds and serve meals in carry-out packaging. At the same time, dining-in was still aloud but obviously no longer is as of yesterday (March15th).

Chick-fil-A also stopped offering menus in their drive-thru. The company also said that beverage refill service may also change but no details were given on what that change will be. There has been no announcement on when dining-in would resume.

There are 4 locations in the Quad Cities area. The Chick-fil-A on 41st Avenue Drive in Moline said on Facebook that their drive-thru remains open and they encouraged people to order through the app to make picking up your meal quicker.
