On Saturday, Aug. 14, 2019, from 1-5, Gilda's Club Quad Cities will hold its 9th Annual Bags 'n Brews at Lindsay Park in the East Village in Davenport, Iowa. The event raises funds to support the work of Gilda's Club Quad Cities and its mission to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families in the Quad Cities area through emotional and social support services that help them maintain as much normalcy as possible during their illness.

Bags Tournament

Tournament is limited to 64 teams, 2 people per team.  Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st ($200 and custom bags boards), 2nd ($100), and 3rd place ($50) $70 per Team Tournament entry ($35 per player) – includes Famous Dave’s BBQ and free, craft beer tasting – general admission open to public. Donations are highly encouraged.

It will be an afternoon of friendly competition, plus, craft beer tasting from some local breweries.

Beer Tasting & Food

Did you know craft beer pairs well with food? Bags-N-Brews features great beer from local breweries, plus Famous Dave’s BBQ! Attendees also enjoy music, raffle baskets, and other yard games for those not interested in the tournament.
Walk-ins are welcome. All proceeds from the event benefit Gilda’s Club Quad Cities. All sales are final. The money raised here, stays here!
