An employee at an Altoona restaurant has been charged after stabbing a coworker during an argument over him not working hard enough.

51-year-old Anthony Towles was the reason police were called to the Five Guys in Altoona, Pennsylvania and found the victim with a stab wound.

According to the report, both the victim and Towles said they got into an argument over the victim telling Towles he wasn't working hard enough. The two argued out the doors into the back parking lot of the shopping center where the restaurant is located.

The victim said that it was at this point that Towles said "I'm going to kill you," before pulling a pen from his sock and swung it at the victim. Police noted that the victim had an inch long, deep cut to the left side of his head behind his ear, inches away from major arteries.

Towles was placed under arrest and is facing two felony counts of aggravated assault with an attempt to cause serious bodily injury. He's being held in Blair County Prison on $100,000 cash bail.

Five Guys hasn't responded to requests for information on the employment status of the employees, but I'd say it's safe to assume at least one of them probably won't be working there any longer.
