Recently, I came across a list highlighting some of the most outrageous and unreasonable actions taken by HOAs across the country—and honestly, it only made my opinion worse. I already didn’t like the idea of an HOA, but after seeing just how far some of them are willing to go, I think I dislike them even more.
This list comes from cheapism. They held nothing back when it came to calling out HOAs—not just in Illinois, but across America. Obviously, HOAs vary depending on the area, but the general rules tend to be similar no matter where you go.
