Chicago’s Food Scene Joins Bears Hype

Just last week, The Weiner's Circle made national headlines promising free hot dogs if the second-year quarterback signal caller threw four touchdowns in a game. Williams delivered, and anyone who showed up at Weiner's Circle last week on Tuesday got to eat for free, too.

Dicey’s Pizza Tavern Steps In

Now things get a bit more dicey, literally, as we, along with all of Beardom, hope that Williams keeps it up against the Las Vegas Raiders. Now Dicey's Pizza Tavern is offering the same deal, saying on Instagram:

We got next!

If Caleb Williams throws four touchdowns on Sunday v. Las Vegas Raiders, Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern (2109 W Chicago Avenue) will continue this tradition by giving away free pizza 11am - 4pm on Tuesday, September 30th.

Let’s go Bears! 🐻

What This Means for Bears Fans

The good thing about this is that the Raiders are about as good as the Dallas Cowboys, meaning they aren't very good at all. That's the team Williams torched for four touchdown passes, giving us a chance to eat free hot dogs, so the likelihood of this happening again is decent to good.

If we can only find a new restaurant to do this each week for the remainder of the season, Bears fans might never need to grocery shop again.

Could Rockford Join the Free Food Fun?

What would be even better is if we could find a place in Rockford willing to do the same, because that would be great. Dicey's Pizza Tavern is one hour and fifty-one minutes away. If you're a long-suffering Bears fan, the free pizza will be delicious and worth the gas money.

So here's what we need to do on Sunday: root for touchdowns, root for pizza, and then block off your lunch on Tuesday just in case history repeats itself.

LOOK: Inside Former Chicago Bears Quarterback Jay Cutler's Nashville Condo

Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has put his luxury condo in Nashville on the market less than a year after moving in. According to Realtor.com, Cutler bought the condo on the 36th floor of the Four Seasons private residential building in downtown Nashville back in January for $4.32 million. He now has it listed for just under $5 million. The views alone might be worth the price. Take a look at the spectacular scenery just outside its windows.
