I'm a huge fan of tacos. They are one of my favorite foods. I could eat them almost every day. Luckily, we have plenty of good places to order them in Rockford. I like to explore other cities for tasty ones too. On my bucket list is a taco fest.

I know it's surprising that being such a fan of tacos that I've never been to a taco festival. I was going to check out one a couple of weeks ago in Beloit. Unfortunately, it was so crowded the majority of the people couldn't get any. Luckily, I got a heads-up before going there.

I'm excited because I just heard about another taco fest in Wisconsin. This one is in Milwaukee. That city knows how to throw a festival so I think it would definitely be worth the drive there. Especially with a tasty pay-off.

The Milwaukee Taco Fest is happening on Saturday, September 14th with two sessions. Lunch is 11 am to 3 pm and dinner is from 4 pm to 8 pm. The location is Henry Maier Festival Park, which is the Summerfest Grounds. That's the perfect location.

Besides all the tasty tacos to eat, there will be other fun activities like a bags tournament, a hole-in-one contest, a cactus ring toss, and a Chihuahua beauty pageant. Plus, you can vote for your favorite taco. Tickets are on sale now.
