If you're preparing to travel for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years, and flying out of O'Hare is the only option, I have a few tips before you hop on that flight.

It's a freaking nightmare traveling around this time of year.  Everyone is in a rush to see family and airports are jam-packed with families, crying babies, and I don't even want to think about getting through TSA.
