This is the Only Starbucks in the Entire Midwest that Sells Booze
If you are like me, you cannot start your day without a delicious cup of coffee.
Coffee is one of those addictions most of us accept. It can be pricey, but it's generally safe and won't bankrupt you.
For many of us, myself included, the occasional cocktail is also on the docket.

But have you ever thought to mix those two together? I don't mean Kahlua and coffee (not that that's a bad choice). I mean craft coffee made into a craft cocktail.

Starbucks has. But you can't just cruise down to your area Eastern Iowa Starbucks and order a Roastery Old Fashioned. You'll have to hop in your car and drive to Chicago!
You might need to get a room, too because these drinks pack a punch! If you want this, or other cocktails from Starbucks, you'll need to find a Starbucks Reserve.
There is Only One Starbucks Reserve in the Midwest
Starbucks Reserve is essentially a Super Starbucks. Yes, they have the standard Starbucks menu, but this multi-floor Starbucks also has a full bar where you can try a Starbucks-designed cocktail.
With only three U.S. locations, Seattle, where the company is headquartered, New York, and Chicago, it's more of a destination than a convenience
Located on the famous Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Starbucks Reserve is a four-floor celebration of coffee and Starbucks, the brand.
Starbucks Reserve has four floors. One floor for the standard Starbucks experience.
One floor has food, one has signature experiences, not sure exactly what that is, and a floor is a bar featuring a custom Starbucks bar.
The cocktails are recognizable but feature a Starbucks twist. For example, their Boulevardier is:
Starbucks Reserve Coffee, Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, Vanilla Syrup, Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters.
If this seems like an intriguing destination, you can plan to include it in your next Chicago visit.
