Here are the 44 rock and metal bands who have at least one song with more than one billion streams on Spotify.

At the time of publication (July 10, 2024), Spotify's "Billions Club" playlist features all 682 songs that have eclipsed that impressive billion streams milestone. Of that bunch, 70 are by rock and metal bands, which is slightly more than one out of every 10 songs! And those 70 billion-stream earners are split between 44 acts in all.

Queen and Red Hot Chili Peppers are tied for the rock/metal artist with the most songs over one billion with five apiece. Can you guess which songs?

Surprisingly, The Beatles and Hoobastank are also tied with the same amount of songs on the playlist — just one. It's okay, The Beatles have sold more albums than any other rock band ever, so they don't need a Billions Club playlist to justify their worth to the music world.
